CapEQ identified Inission as the ideal strategic partner to support Selteka’s next phase of growth, managing the cross-border negotiations and facilitating a transaction valued at €8 million.

The acquisition significantly strengthens Inission’s footprint in the Baltic region, positioning the group as a dominant EMS partner in Northern Europe. Selteka brings a high-calibre production facility and an experienced workforce of 280+ staff.
