Red Herring is a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Poland, primarily focused on sell-side transactions. Since 2012, we have successfully closed dozens of transactions, guiding business owners through what is often the most significant deal of their lives.

Tomasz Jakowiecki, Founder

Red Herring is led by Tomasz Jakowiecki, supported by a lean team of professionals specializing in market research, financial analysis, and buyer outreach. Tomasz founded the firm in 2012 and has since dedicated his career exclusively to helping entrepreneurs sell their businesses. With over 25 years of business experience—including as an entrepreneur himself—he personally leads every transaction, particularly during the critical negotiation phase.
